The JCC Maccabi Games are back!

... and Team Boston-Haifa, wants YOU to be a part of the excitement! The Games are an annual, week-long, international, multi-sport, athletic, and cultural event that will unite over 1,500 Jewish teenage athletes from around the world. This is truly a once in a lifetime experience!

While the athletic competitions highlight the JCC Maccabi Games, much of the Maccabi experience also occurs off the competition field with a variety of social and cultural events, including evening activities, trips to amusement parks, the Maccabi Day of Caring & Sharing (Mitzvah project), and Hang Time.

  • Athletes must attend tryouts for most sports. While an athlete can only participate in one sport, all athletes are encouraged to tryout for more than one sport, as there are limited roster spots for each team. The more you tryout for, the better your chances.
  • Tryouts will be held from January to March, with a few dates per sport. (Schedule will be on-line at www.maccabiboston.org)
  • On-Line registration for tryouts can be made at www.tjcc.org/sign_up.asp and on-line registration once you make a team is on-line at www.jccmacreg.org
  • Team Boston-Haifa welcomes athletes of all skill levels and competition levels vary for each of the sports teams.
